Order Processing
Please allow 4-7 business days for processing, as these products are made by hand in small batches. Upon shipping, an email notification with tracking number will be sent.

High Risk Order Cancellation
Due to the many (and unfortunate) shenanigans going on these days - orders flagged as medium to high risk by our fraud prevention system will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match and your card information can be verified to avoid cancellation issues when placing legitimate orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges or offer refunds. We do offer individual sample sizes and sampler sets of all our perfumes for your convenience in trying before investing in a full size bottle.
